- [Narrator] Here we are at that final step. We've created our content, we've organized it, we've decided our layouts, and then placed the content on pages in meaningful ways. Now it's time to share it with our colleagues. To share your site, click the share site link in the upper-right-hand corner. And the share site pane opens on the right-hand side. By default, there are three permission levels in SharePoint. You have full control, edit, and read only. Which in SharePoint world, translates to site owners, site members, and site visitors. Notice that I'm the only site owner here. It's always good to have a secondary site owner just in case you win the lottery and run away. So let's add Jennifer. (typing) And select her from the options. Instead of read only permission, let's make her full control. And then we can send her an email letting her know the site is ready and she is an owner.
