- [Instructor] With the investment of just a little bit of time, we've mobilized one of our existing SharePoint apps. Rather than having to come into the office and enter information or enter information in a word form and someone else retypes it in SharePoint, we've taken this custom list that we have and have made it mobile. Now what we need to do is get it into the hands of our other users. And in order to share an app, I have to come here to powerapps.com. I'm going to click on Apps and this will open a list of my apps. I'm going to click the Menu button here and choose Share. I have a couple of different choices. I can add individual users or I can share this with the entire organization. There are two different levels of permission that I can provide. Let's say I wanted to add somebody like Rob Molina and I'd like him to be able to work with this app. So I can add Rob and rather than making Rob a user, I can make Rob a contributor.
