- [Instructor] SharePoint and communication sites are meant for communicating, right? How about communicating about the progress of the site? The HR manager requested a page, so let's let her know that it's ready, and we're waiting for her content. Keep in mind, she doesn't have access to the site yet. This is a great way to share a preview of the page without opening up the permissions. To share a page by email, first click the send by email link. And then in the to line, type the name of the person you would like to preview the page. In this case, it's Safeek Dulnar. As you type the name, it should be recognized within your organizational directory. When you locate the person you would like to send the message to, select them from the options. Next, we're prompted to add a message. Which indicates that it's optional. But I think just for etiquette, we should probably add a message.
