Praise a colleague
- [Instructor] When one of your colleagues steps up or makes a comment that has other people pause and ponder, or turns in a great performance or simply posts a picture of something magnificent it's really easy to simply click the like button on their post, but you can do more than that. If one of your colleagues has done something that is noteworthy then turn on the praise, and this is wicked easy to do in Yammer. If I want to praise someone all I need to do is go to the feed for the appropriate group and click the praise button. I'm prompted who do you want to praise? And there's an icon where I can choose how I'd like to pour the praise on in a thumbs up or a mustache or an idea or simply a star. Choose an image and then share what they've done. The person I want to praise is Charles so I'm going to choose who do you want to praise and begin typing, there he is, and share what the person has done. Great thought leadership...
