- [Narrator] Often, when we're setting up a Yammer group, there are already documents that everybody in that group should be reviewing. And please, please, don't use email to distribute those documents. Don't even post them, as we have previously. If you have documents that are mission critical to your group, or to the start of a project, I'd encourage you to pin them to your group page. There are three types of things that you can pin here. Files that are stored somewhere in Yammer, files that are stored in SharePoint, and links or URLs. You can't upload a document from here, you need to have done that previously. But I want to pin two different things. First, there's a file on Yammer that I would like to add. I believe it's kept in All Company, yes there it is. And it is called All About Files.
