- Now I'm back on the home page of the top level site of the site collection based on the team site template that I created for the Expense Reports demo done earlier in the course. And if I want to, I can go to the Expense Report library if I remember correctly I was able to upload a expense report as User B, I was able to approve that expense report as User A because User A's the site owner. User B and User C are site members. So as a site collection administrator myself I could pretty much do anything I need to do in the context of this site collection. What I can also do is I can say, all right, let me see who can even access this particular library, let me see what the access is based on this library, and remember the mall map, the library is inside of a site which is inside of a site collection which is attached to a web application. So whatever the security settings are at the top level site is site collection are gonna flow down to all the sub-sites, to all the lists, to all…
