- Now it's time to finally install SharePoint. The prerequisites are all installed. I'm still logged into the machine as spadmin. I should still have the Media attached, which I'm just gonna verify, yep, there it is. I'm gonna go into Full Screen Mode, open up this folder icon, which should open up Windows Explorer and click Computer. I'm gonna double-click on the DVD drive, which is actually a virtual DVD drive. This time, instead of clicking Install prerequisites, I'm actually going to say Install SharePoint Server. Gonna get a prompt here, I'll click Yes. While it's preparing the files, I'm just gonna kinda close anything that's down behind it. I'm gonna go ahead and enter my key. Obviously, we're gonna blur this out. Then I'll hit Continue, click Accept, Continue. I do not wanna check Stand alone. I wanna say Complete, and I'll click Install Now. We're finally at the screen that says "run the SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard" now. I'm gonna actually uncheck that box. I'm…
