- [Narrator] You know, I've alluded to this elsewhere, but I want to make it very explicit, without some serious planning upfront, the likelihood of your digital transformation program succeeding is practically nonexistent. What is the end result you're working for? What is your ultimate goal? No fair saying, to transform digitally, that's cheating. What specific changes are you looking to introduce into your systems and why? Quite frankly, you won't know if you've succeeded if you haven't defined what success looks like. And after you've taken the time to study the current state of your operations, you'll have a much better idea about what's broken and why. This in turn, is going to inform your planning towards what you're going to change. Now my recommendation is that you be very specific about these goals.
