Learn how to delete a page.
- [Instructor] Let's face, it trash happens.…Some pages are just no longer valid,…or were created without adhering to the best practices.…If this happens, there may be a need…to delete pages from your site.…Let's look at the pages we currently have,…and see if there seems to be something out of place.…The two pages we created, construction and staffing…are short and sweet and adhere to best practices.…Notice this page that has updates…from the general manager,…that is not short and sweet,…and doesn't really adhere to best practices.…The page has not been built out yet,…so let's go ahead and just delete it and start over.…
To delete a page first select the page from the list.…In the ribbon at the top,…you should have an option to delete.…Of course they always want us to confirm…that we're wanting to delete something…So let's go ahead and click delete.…Notice the indicator letting us know…that the page is being deleted,…and now the page is gone.…Now if you've accidentally deleted a page,…you can recover it using the recycle bin.…
