Customizing navigation options
- [Instructor] As the administrator for a site, whether you were given those privileges or you are the administrator, you have full control over the user experience and that includes navigation. So by default when we create sites and we have the Quick Launch area and we have the Navigation bar and so on, all of that is just given to us by default but we can control or at least modify some of those settings to make the user experience different. Here's what we're going to do. I'm clicking on the Training site right here. I'm going to go over to Site Actions, down to Site Settings. I'm going to go back to the look and feel section here like we did in the previous lesson. And we're going to start with this right here, the Tree view. When I click on Tree view, you'll notice that when this site was created, Tree view was not enabled. Well, when I click on Enable Tree View and I'm going to leave the Quick Launch view as well.
