Creating an intranet with PowerShell

- We're going to take some time now to build out the environment from a SharePoint perspective. Meaning we're going to add some site collections. We created a site collection that answers to the root path of intranet.sharepoint.pri, and we see this here we based the top level side of that site collection on the publishing portal. But what I'm going to do now is build out some collaboration type of site collections for some mock departments. And I'm going to use the SharePoint 2013 Management Shell to do this. Now I'm logged onto the SharePoint/SequelBox as SP_Admin so I have all the rights that I would need. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to right click down here onto the SharePoint 2013 Management Shell, and click Run As Administrator. Now, this is not the PowerShell let me take a moment, this is PowerShell and I could theoretically use this if I added a snap-in, but this one is already configured to work with all the SharePoint commandlets.
