Creating a calendar item

- [Instructor] What if you need to visualize project details, meetings, and more in a calendar view. Start by selecting the calendar from the Quick Launch area. Locate and select the date you want to enter the information into. Select Add, and the New Item window appears. Fill in the appropriate fields. The asterisk next to Title, Start Time, and End Time indicates these are required fields. Once you're done filling out the fields, click Save. The new item now appears in the calendar.
