- [Instructor] Yet another thing that your CMS won't do for you. It won't create any kind of governance around your content. That's all going to be on you. So what do I mean by governance? Well, there are some things that we've already looked at briefly. The first aspect is content sensitivity definition. You'll need to put some serious work into establishing rules around classifying your data in terms of your business and legal exposure. The second aspect is defining access levels for your users based on their roles and their need for the different levels of data sensitivity. But governance really goes a little deeper than that. In my mind governance also includes things like editorial guidelines. How are documents to be structured? Will there be an agreed upon set of formatting standards like the Yahoo online standards or even the Chicago Manual of Style? Will there be a minimum standard set up around readability or…
