- [Narrator] This week, we're going to look…at something new in Office 365 SharePoint Online.…It's something that makes it super easy…to make duplicates of a selected document…in a document library.…Now I've always found this very cumbersome in older versions…of SharePoint, and the scenario goes something like this:…there's a document in the library that I wanna re-use,…or leverage, for another document that I need to create.…Instead of going through an unintuitive Save As process,…we can now use the Copy Document feature.…
Let's take a look here in this library…called Marketing Materials.…The document that I want to duplicate…is this one right here.…So I'm gonna go ahead and first select it,…by enabling the checkbox to the left of the File Type icon.…Now that it's selected, I'm gonna move up…to the Command bar, and here we'll see three dots.…I'm gonna go ahead and click on those three dots,…and now we see the option for Copy To.…The Copy To pane opens on the right side of the window,…and you can see that there's several options…
