- [Instructor] Connectors are the building blocks of Power Automate. They're what enable you to interact with data across various services, like SharePoint, Teams, Twitter, and more. At its core, a connector is just a wrapper around an API. All of the Office 365 apps and most modern applications have APIs that you can call to retrieve and post data to the application. Connectors in Power Automate provide a wrapper around those APIs, so that you can connect to the underlying service and communicate back and forth to it within Power Automate. These same connectors are also used for Power Apps. All of the Office 365 programs, like SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive and more, have their own connector. To see what connectors are available, go to the Power Automate homepage and click the Connectors tab.
