These are actions that you can take no matter who you are, and no matter what your role. They may be small steps, but they can be super-powerful, and can serve as examples to others in your company. First up, let's take a look at using chat and email as methods of communicating. Now, email is almost universal in business these days, and I don't think it's going away any time soon.
