Seriously, I don't think people take enough time to celebrate their successes. Life shouldn't be all toil and trouble. The celebration should include everyone who contributed to the success too, not just the core team but all the participants. Sure, you can have a separate celebration for the central players, but the thing is, you're doing more than just rewarding people. If everyone has a chance to revel in the accomplishment, everyone gets to feel like an important contributor to the overall success. Making people feel good about the work that they're doing and the successes they've achieved enables continued positive results. People are going to be more likely to be willing contributors next time, if you've acknowledged and celebrated them this time, right?…
