- [Instructor] This week's tip…relates to working with columns…in Office 365 SharePoint online.…You would think the developers at Microsoft…were reading my mind based on the really useful features…they've introduced.…Let's take a look, here in this document library.…First, something that's always bothered me in the past…was the ability to intuitively adjust…the column width in a library.…Now, much like Excel, you can click and drag column widths…by hovering your mouse over the divider line…between the actual column titles.…
If I click to the left, I'm able to move this column over,…or click on the right to give it more space between them.…Another nice feature related to columns…is how easy it is to create them now.…Notice the plus sign on the right side…of the last column in the library.…When I click on it, it allows me to select…the type of column that I want to create.…For example, if I want to create a simple yes/no column,…I would just go ahead and select it from the dropdown.…I'll provide a name.…
