- [Speaker] Aggregation is another way that a CMS helps you move towards a modern workplace. By aggregation, I'm talking once again about the collecting of as much data as possible into a single CMS repository. Aggregating data of course provides management opportunities as we've already discussed, but there are some other benefits that come about as well. First of all, as you collect your data into a single repository, you'll be greatly increasing the data validity by being more easily able to spot duplicate data, obsolete materials, et cetera, as well as being able to better spot broken links and other structural issues. And once your data is all in one place, it'll be a lot easier to see what you actually have, which makes it more likely that data will be reusable.
