- [Instructor] Logos are an important element in branding and recognition. At a glance, people will recognize an image, and immediately associate it with a particular store, restaurant, or business. Customizing the logo in your SharePoint communications site helps your visitors know they're in the right place, whether they consciously realize it or not. Let's add a logo to our new site for Landon Miami. To add a logo, first click the tools menu. And then select site information. The site logo section is at the top of the pane. To add your own logo, click change. Browse to the location on your computer, and then select the image you would like to use. Keep in mind that these images can not be resized once they're placed here. So you want to make sure that the logo is right sized before you upload it. After you select your image, click open. And finally, to apply your changes, click save. Now when our visitors view our site, they'll recognize the logo for the new property. You may have…
