- [Instructor] If you have multiple SharePoint calendars…that you would like to coordinate,…you might want to great an overlay directly in SharePoint.…For example, you might want to see another team's calendar…combined with your team's calendar, as well.…To overlay a calendar,…navigate to the other team's calendar in SharePoint.…Copy the web address up until the point…you see the word lists.…Return back to your team's calendar,…and then select the calendar tab.…In the manage views group, select calendar's overlay.…
And select the link that says new calendar.…In the name and type group,…type a name for the new calendar.…If needed, add a description, and also,…you can designate a color for that other calendar.…In the web URL field, go ahead and paste that web address…that we just captured.…And then click resolve.…If needed, go ahead and select the specific list…and view that you would like to display.…And if needed, select the always show button.…To save your changes, click okay.…
