- [Instructor] I'd like to add another question to my list and this question is about what type of service we're performing. What that means for our service techs, is what's the core product that they're looking at and are they looking at a particular solar panel? A particular grid tie? And we'll find those items listed in a list called Core Products. If you have access to the Exercise Files you'll find at Core products.xlsx Workbook that you can use to create this. Or, you can simply watch as I do this, so you'll know how to lookup lists in your site. This is a powerful way to create a choice field, because rather than needing to edit the survey as this list of products changes, it automatically is available to the survey. What we're looking for is the item name, for example the K-Eco 180 solar panel. Let's return then to Service Calls. Go to Settings and I can choose Survey Settings or Add Questions right here.
