- [Instructor] Let's take our list out for a spin. A couple of different ways to do that. First, I can click New to open a form and enter information. Karla Johnson, from Johnson Systems Buckley. Phone number, 616-555-1122. No message. Recipient. Remember that these are folks on our site so I begin entering information.
There's Rob Molina. Just like that. Was the call returned? I don't anything with that yet. I'm seeing all of this information. It doesn't make sense for me to say the call was returned yet, or that there's any notifications, so I'm all done. Click Save. I could also click Quick edit. Dave Pahl. Pahl Excavating. 616-111-9900.
And let's say Dave called for me. There I am. Once again, I see these two columns Reply and Notify that I don't yet need, and we'll talk about that when we create views in the next movie. But, for right now, we can see how the call tracker works, how easy it is to enter information, and our person and group look up here is working, and our phone numbers are being entered as phone numbers. Note that if I click, I'm being asked to return a call directly from SharePoint if I simply choose the appropriate app that I would use to do that.
