- [Instructor] The logic of workflows is broken out into actions and conditions. Once you define what triggers or initiates your workflow, you need to build out what actions the workflow should take. In SharePoint Designer you can add a new action by clicking on the Actions button and scrolling through the list of available actions. In Power Automate actions are organized according to their associated connector, and each connector has its own unique set of actions. To add a new action in Power Automate, you'll select New step. These actions are grouped by their connector. If you click the drop down arrow here, you'll see all the connectors. If you want to see all the SharePoint actions, just select the SharePoint option. This will take you to the Actions screen where you can see all the different SharePoint actions available to you in Power Automate.
