- [Instructor] It's time for a philosophical discussion. I am a big fan of enterprise social. In case you're not familiar with that term, it refers to using social media type tools within a business setting. Most importantly, giving employees space to share information about themselves and connect with other employees in a casual and informal way. You'll hear this referred to sometimes jokingly as Facebook for business and in fact, Facebook is one of the companies offering social tools for business to use. Office 365 has a variety of tools included that can be used for social purposes. But many companies choose not to enable most of them. I usually hear one of two reasons for this. Number one, we don't want our employees wasting time on social junk. And number two, if we give our employees the ability to speak freely, we can't control what they say and someone might say something bad and we might get sued.
