- [Instructor] When rolling out SharePoint, one of the most common requests is to make the look and feel match the company standard. The easiest way to provide this customization to the look and feel is by utilizing a custom theme. A theme provides you a way to define a color scheme for your SharePoint modern site. When you first set up a SharePoint site, it uses the default Office365 blue theme as we see here. Landon Hotel's company colors are purple and gray, so the marketing team would like the color scheme of the SharePoint site to match those colors. Let's walk through how to change the theme to match our company colors. Let's look at the classic SharePoint page first. In classic SharePoint you would define a custom theme by clicking on the gear, site settings, and change the look. Here we already have our Landon Hotel purple theme applied.
