- [Instructor] I think that it's a big advantage to have the ability to share externally when necessary, but I think you have to be careful in how you do it. That's why I think it's good idea to have some level of global sharing enabled, but to be much more restrictive at the collection level. Now at this time, I would recommend that you use the classic experience to manage sharing at the collection level. You can do it from the modern experience, but your choices are very limited. You don't have a lot of control. By the way, notice that since we have already disallowed anyone at the tenant level, it's not available at the site level.
