Setting up the hub

- [Instructor] Now that we know why we would use hub sites and who can create them, let's walk through how to set up and configure a hub site. To set up a hub site, you'll need to go to the Office 365 admin center. From here, navigate to the SharePoint admin center. In the left hand side, you'll see an active sites button, click that. This will show a listing of all the active sites in your SharePoint environment. From here, we could look through this list and create a hub site based on one of the existing sites we have or we can create a new site and make that a hub. In this case, I want to make one of my existing sites a hub site. Find the site that you want to make a hub and click the checkmark next to it. You'll notice an option for hub site in the menu. You have two options. To register as a hub site or associate with a hub site. In this case, I want to register my HR site as a new hub site. To register as a hub, we'll need to give this hub a name.
