- [Instructor] So another brief philosophical degression. Office 365 has the ability for each user to have their own personal SharePoint site, a My Site, along with their user profile and page on Delve. Now a lot of companies don't enable this for similar reasons to all those we talked about before. They think employees will spend too much time on it. They don't see the value and they're worried about legal exposure. My Sites also use storage resources and the size is entirely dependent on how much stuff the individual employee loads on to their site. Now personally, I like the idea of My Sites, although I admit the validity of some of the arguments against them. It can be a chore to keep them current, I know that from experience. I think in the end, it's going to a decision for each company to make based on their own criteria. Talk to your leaders and to the Office 365 admin and come to a mutual agreement.
