- [Instructor] There are some other security related things that you'll want to be aware of as the SharePoint admin. Click the Access link in the left navigation of the Admin homepage. And for this one, it is better to start in the modern experience. And I'll tell you why in a moment. Now the first option on the Access controls page is for controlling access from unmanaged devices. In a nut shell, not allowing access from any device that is not known and registered by your organization. However, this requires a subscription to Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Plus Security tools. The next option is to set an automatic timeout for users in your SharePoint collections. Now this is a global control for the whole tenant.
