- [Presenter] When it comes to site pages, there's already some crossover between classic and modern sites due to Microsoft updates. But there are also some weird inconsistencies. When you create a new page, the type of page you'll get very much depends on where you start from. And even in a modern site, you can wind up with classic pages if you're not careful. So on a modern site, if you click the gear icon in the menu bar and click Add a page, you will get a blank modern page as a result. Great, that's as expected. But let's go to the Site Pages directory page. Now here, if you click on New in the menu bar you get some options, and this is where it gets a little strange. Let's start with a new Wiki Page. Okay, we have to add a name, and then we'll click Create, and what do we get? Oh look, it's a classic page. Now that's a little surprising, isn't it?
