- [Instructor] You may have an especially well-crafted favorite that you would like to share with your colleagues who work in the same instance of ServiceNow as you do, and you can share favorites with this step. Let's select the critical incidents favorite that we had created before, and it executes. If you right-click the very end of the blue line here, you have some options that includes Copy URL. If you click on Copy URL, it copies the URL that creates this list and puts it on your workstation's scratch pad. Then you can share that URL with the user with whom you would like to share this favorite. And you can send this URL to them in any way that you see fit, email, text message, etc, etc. Josephine in this case wants to share the favorite that she created with Jason. Jason Hemlock is another user in the instance. He has received the URL from Josephine. He patches that into his browser window at the very top, executes…
