After recording and editing multiple screencasts with ScreenFlow, learn how to take advantage of the hidden batch processing feature to automatically export multiple projects one after another.
Well if there is one thing…that computers are exceptionally good at,…it's doing repetitive tasks.…ScreenFlow has a feature to do just that for you.…Here I have three different ScreenFlow projects,…but you could just as easily have a hundred…or a thousand or more.…I also have a folder on my desktop…that I created called Exports,…where I want to export all of my projects to.…You could place this folder on any local…or network connecting drive accessible from your Mac.…Then you want to open a new project.…
I'll do that by going to ScreenFlow,…pressing command + N to open up the new recording window,…make sure I'm on the new document tab,…and just click the create button.…Then go to the File menu and select Batch Export.…The left side of the Batch Export window is…for the list of files that you want to export,…and the right side is where you select the export settings.…At the bottom of the left column, click the plus button…to add ScreenFlow project files to the exporter.…
You can only add ScreenFlow projects…to this batch exporter.…
