- [Instructor] One of the really interesting features of Scratch 3.0 is the ability to work with systems such as micro:bit, Lego Mindstorms, Miki Miki, and other external devices. In this video, I'm going to demonstate how to program the micro:bit BBC device using Scratch 3.0. In order for micro:bit to work with Scratch, the computing device, your laptop or computer, should be Bluetooth enabled. You can check that by going into sound settings in the computer, and enabling Bluetooth. Once you see the Bluetooth icon, you can now go into Scratch and click Extensions, and find the micro:bit extension, and click on it. You should be able to see your device and click connect. However, if you don't have it, click on the help icon, and it will take you to this screen. Scroll down and click on direct download. This gives you a compressed file, either for Mac or for Windows depending on the operating system you are in. Unzip the file and install it. You should now see a Scratch link icon on…
