- [Instructor] The goal of this video is to familiarize you with the FARO SCENE interfaces and explore the pros and cons of each of its two interface options. Why they're there and which interface is recommended for a specific applications. So right now, I'm going to show you, we have in front of us, FARO SCENE, this is SCENE 7.0.2.5, so it's the latest of the recording of this video and what we're looking at right now is the ribbon interface. The way the ribbon works is it starts by importing or create in a project and then importing your scans and it has you process the data, one by one through this ribbon. This is sort of workflow. You start with importing, then you go to processing, registration, explore and then finally exporting your data. That's the ribbon interface and that's the way it works. So, it has you flipping screens as you move along. But if we go to this little gear icon, which is the settings icon to the top right, and then over here to the left, to the switch user…
