- [Instructor] Let's look at some of some of the other views available to us for the scan datum. If we right click on a scan name and go to View. What we've seen so far is the Quick view, the panoramic colorized image here. Let's take a look at the 3D View. This will show us the colorized points from the perspective of the scanner to begin with. This also allows us to change our perspective by clicking the middle mouse button and dragging. So you'll see here, since this is a line of sight instrument we did not get the back side of this chair from the location of the scanner. We can zoom out the same way as in the Quick View and here you'll notice a large hole in the floor. This is the area beneath the scanner during the scan. We can move up into the ceiling. Take a look down. Here you'll notice that our checkerboards are marked, but there's also some errant data here. We know that we didn't have a checkerboard up there. So we can either ignore this. It usually doesn't have that much…
