- [Instructor] Laser scanning data…is not colorized by default.…It usually looks gray scale or some other intensity values.…So let's look at the settings to use the onboard camera…and how we're going to colorize that data.…Under parameters, the first setting is to turn color on.…Next is to set your exposure metering mode.…Even weighted metering would best be used in…indoor or outdoor situations where the light is very even.…Horizon weighted metering would best be used outdoors…when you have a very bright sky…that you don't want to meter based on that bright light.…
Zenith would be useful if you're scanning an indoor space…and you're focused on the ceiling…and maybe it's brighter closer to the ground.…
