- [Instructor] Something I wanted to bring to your attention as a student here is we have different targets that were not selected. I'm in the classic interface right now. That's the interface I choose to work in most of the time because all the tools are accessible right in front of me and it's just something I'm more familiar with and more comfortable with. So right here I've made a selection set around this target. If I make a selection and I want to just clear that selection I can go up here to edit clear selection and so then that's gone but it doesn't delete anything it just removes the selection. But here in this case I saw that I wanted to point out a few things about picking targets and getting rid of bad targets. When we're looking at checkerboards for example, they're along the plane of a wall. If the angle is more than about 45 degrees, this is probably more like 85 degrees or 75 degrees, so if it's more than about a 45 degree angle, a FARO Scene may have a tough time…
