- SASS Essential Training is not a beginner course and there's a few things that you should be familiar with before taking this course. Now, first off you should be familiar with building online projects and know how HTML works. A really good course to check out is HTML Essential Training with James Williamson. Now, though this is a project-based course and you can follow along with most of the examples without prior knowledge I'm going to assume that you're familiar with CSS. Now, if you need some help with that make sure you check out CSS Fundamentals once again with James Williamson.
Now, this course has been written from the ground up with a brand new version of our practice environment in mind. They allow you to follow along with the videos in this course with a built-in live editor. I've created a gulp process to take care of the processing of SASS for you. Now, if you understand how to work with gulp then set up should be a breeze for you. Or if you don't wanna set anything up just use our practice environments to follow along with the course. Although this is not a beginner course with just a little bit of background experience you should have no problem taking this course.
