Join Nick Harauz for an in-depth discussion in this video Using Luna, part of Sapphire for Video Editors.
- [Instructor] In this movie,…we're going to continue our sky replacement…by adding a moon to our scene…with the help of S-Luna.…I'm here in my chapter 7_3 sequence…and what we'd like to do in a Bin of your choice…is to actually create a new Adjustment Layer.…So I'm just going to go into my Footage Bin…and actually go to new item Adjustment Layer…knowing that's matching the settings of my open sequence.…I'm going to press OK going to rename this Adjustment Layer Luna.…
And once that's renamed, I'll do a Search for it…just to find it in this clip spin…and drag it on to the V3 track of my chapter 7_3 sequence,…press the backslash key, and then trim it…to the length of the clips underneath it.…Now, in order to apply S-Luna, we'll go to the Effects tab…and go S_Luna, under the Sapphire Render category,…I'll grab that Effects and apply it…to the Luna Adjustment Layer.…We should see right away that we have a moon composite here,…over our scene, and what we'd really like to do is…put this into place.…
So first of all we can choose between different types…
