- [Instructor] Let's talk about the importance of tracking leads. When you're dealing with hundreds or even thousands of leads, it's important for your team to track activity for several reasons. First, if you're working as part of a team, you want to make sure your actions are not duplicated. You don't want to spend your time qualifying leads that someone else has already talked to. Second, you want other people in your company to see the work you and your team have been doing, and that can be especially important as it relates to job performance. And third, the best reason to track your activity is because it will make you more efficient. So let's take a look at how we can track our activity with leads.
