- [Instructor] 'Kay now we're going to build upon our previous workflow rules that we created in the previous lecture. And so if you recall we had a workflow rule related to won opportunities that then subsequently updates the record type on the opportunity to a record type of won. And we showed at the end of that lecture how that was the case on the opportunity that we set to closed won, it updated the record type to won as well. So now we're going to add some additional workflow actions to this workflow rule. So in addition to updating the opportunity record type to won, we're going to send an e-mail alert as well. We're going to name this e-mail alert and the idea here is that we're going to alert management for each closed won opportunity. We're going to select an e-mail template for this e-mail alert and this is an e-mail template that I've previously created for this purpose. And this is for won opportunities.
