- [Instructor] If you're a sales manager, you'll want to be able to view your team's leads and opportunities in aggregate and individually. This is one of the strengths of Sales Force. You can view your team's leads and opportunities in a few different ways The first is to create a custom view from the leads or opportunities home page to see the details of your specific team. Let's go to the opportunities tab. Now, you'll see right now my view is closing this month. I'm going to create a new view, and call it My Teams Opps. Now for field, I'm going to select the owner, first name, and to make it easy, I'm going to select contains and type in the first names of the people on my team. Now Sales Force has already selected some fields to display, I'm happy with those, and I'm going to leave those as is. And now, I can restrict the visibility.
