- [Instructor] If your company used forecasts, you probably want to allow your users to enter quotas as well. A quota or goal is to play a revenue goal assigned to an individual sales person or a manager. A manager's quota is typically the sum of the individual sales people on that manager's team, plus some managers have their own quota, which is also rolled up into that total. If forecast quotas are enabled, quota data appears on the forecast page. But just in case it is not enabled, let me show you where to do that. Right now, I'm on the forecast page and I'm going to go to forecast setup. Now if we scroll down to the bottom of this area, you'll see a check box for show quotas. We just need to check that box and hit save. Now we're going to go back to the forecast tab. And you'll see right here, is a column for quotas.
