- [Instructor] One of the areas that used to frustrate me about Salesforce was that I would have to duplicate a lot of the work I was doing in email in the Salesforce interface. So for example, if I send a followup email through my own email system, I would have to then go into Salesforce and log that activity. Now Salesforce has a great feature that allows you to email directly from an account. So let me show you what I do to save a ton of time. So I'm going to go to my contacts and I'm going to send an email to Ashley. I'm just going to click on her name. And then you'll see here on the right-hand side, I have the ability to send an email. And you'll see right here I have my email address. It's going to Ashley. I can CC other people if I need to. It's also going to BCC my email so I'm going to get a copy in my email box.
