- [Instructor] We're going to now look at solution management, and this is another service cloud application, and I'm on a screen here for a sample account, and this is a healthcare related account that I've called General Hospital. I want to show solution management in context of a case, which would be the main, primary object in the service cloud would be cases and case management, and we've talked somewhat about case management in previous lectures, and then now we're ready to talk about solution management. So, if I create a case from this account, I can click on the case's related list link, and then select New Case. For this new case I'm creating, I'm going to associate this case with the contact for General Hospital, and I've created a contact appropriately named Biff Cuffmaster, and this case that we're creating has to do with a blood pressure cuff, and so we are going to show solution management in action here, so I'm going to say that this is a blood pressure cuff…
