- Alright, so we finished up the sales and marketing applications, and that's what would be considered the sales cloud side of the administrator exam. There's also a hint of the service cloud, and we get into the service applications section of the course, which is now. This is where we'll be dealing with things such as cases and also the service console, and these are tools that Salesforce provides for service agents to be able to resolve cases effectively on the platform. As an administrator of the platform, if you're in a service cloud instance, you'll need to be familiar with the service and support functionalities of Salesforce and we'll be covering that in this section.
