- [Instructor] So, let's talk about Salesforce content folder management, and so Salesforce content is available through the application dropdown, here, and should be enabled by default in your own Salesforce organization, and so if you click on the application dropdown, here, you see content application, and that opens up the content app, and as a reminder, applications in Salesforce are a series of tabs. So, the tabs available in content are Chatter, libraries, content, and subscriptions, and so if you don't happen to have content enabled in your organization, you can click on setup and search for content, and you see the Salesforce CRM Content link here. Click on that, and here's where you would enable Salesforce CRM Content. There's other settings, here, that you can enable or disable, and one in particular, enable content pack creations, you may have something on your exam related to content packs, and so once you've set enable Salesforce CRM Content, you will have these tabs…
