- [Narrator] Alright now we're getting into the sales process and this is where Salesforce is really geared as far as managing and configuring various sales processes for company. So if I search for the term sales process in the setup menu on the left you see underneath opportunities there's a link for sales processes. So if I click on that I see that I have no sales processes already configured in my organization. And you use this page to create and maintain that sales processes used within your organization. The sales process contains the stages and opportunity follows through it's sales cycle. And so we're going to create a sales process in order to help you understand what a sales process even is and how the impacts opportunity stages particularly. So clicking new, I'm going to create a new sales process and the first option is to select an existing sales process to base this off of. The only option right now is the master sales process and I'm going to call this sales process…
