Products and price books
- [Instructor] Products and price books relate to opportunities and impact the pricing and the amount on opportunities. You'll find products and price book related questions on the administrator exam. Right now, I'm currently on the products home page which is accessed via the products tab, which if you don't have that available in your instance, you can click the plus sign here and you'll notice products is one of the available tabs as well as price books as well, and so going to the products tab, you can find a particular product by doing a search, you can click in find product, and that narrows down the search result just matching your key words. You can also filter by particular field. So, for example, if I were to filter by product code contains the letters GC and click search, it comes up with just those products that have a product code of GC, for example. Going back to the products home tab, there's also, available to me, price books. Right now I just have the standard price…
